Similar
to <<Contract> plan, <<Contract+> requires a full audit to be undertaken on system
installation so that a comprehensive support plan can be
implemented.
The audit process includes bringing
servers and contracted pc's/workstations up-to-date
with appropriate service packs and system
drivers to identify and minimise possible problem areas to
ensure maximum stability and up-time during the term of
the contract.

Remote
Support |
With
the continuing uptake of broadband internet access an increasing
efficient option involves remote access support. Systems
are setup to enable both remote access to system servers
and where appropriate pc's and workstations.
This
allows an engineer to access, investigate and maintain
a system as if they were locally present. Although not
always a substitute for on-site visit it can provide
a cost-effective and efficient option to ensuring faults,
if they arise, can be dealt with promptly, minimising
downtime and consequent financial loss.

<<Contract+> customers
are entitled to ‘Free-of-charge’ call-out*
with a contracted response time of within eight hours.
If
faster response is required a call-out can be conducted
within 4 hours for £30.00.
<< Contract+> customers
are covered for labour charges by a fixed monthly fee
which entitles clients to
twelve hours on-site support. Thereafter labour is charged
at a flat
rate of £25.00 per
hour.
