<<Call-by-Call> - Support
Meridion Technologies are committed to providing cost-effective support to all customers. The <<Call-by-Call> Plan offers support from 8.30am to 17.30pm for both telephone & on-site technical issues on an ad-hoc ‘Call-by-Call’ basis.
Telephone/Email Support
Calls are charged on a per incident basis at the following rates:- Monday – Friday, 8:30– 17:30 excluding weekends and holidays.
Software - £15.00 per incident
Hardware -
£20.00 per incident
Remote Support

With the continuing uptake of broadband internet access an increasing efficient option involves remote access support. Systems are setup to enable both remote access to system servers and where appropriate pc's and workstations.

This allows an engineer to access, investigate and maintain a system as if they were locally present. Although not always a substitute for on-site visit it can provide a cost-effective and efficient option to ensuring faults, if they arise, can be dealt with promptly, minimising downtime and consequent financial loss.

Charged on a per incident basis at the following rates:- Per Incident

Where telephone support is unsuitable, standard plan provides on-site service between the hours of 8.30 - 17.30pm, Monday - Friday excluding weekends and holidays based on the following charges:-

Network & Server Support
Network & Server Support is seen by most companies to be mission critical for smooth business operation. System down-time and poor network performance is a serious cost.

* Central Scotland Only. First hours' labour included in call-out charge.
Support contracts are subject to all systems being checked & confirmed to be in ‘Good Health’.
¶ If a satisfactory outcome cannot be affected and requires a site visit the cost/incident will be offset against Call-out charge.
All prices exclude parts required.
